The Admin Coverage Team seeks a skilled Executive Assistant to provide rotational core support in a coverage capacity to leaders across the company. An ideal candidate for this role will be exceptionally organized, able to ramp to new executive support quickly, manage several complex calendars concurrently, adept at tracking concurrent processes, has the ability to troubleshoot last-minute... changes to schedules, and communicates clearly and proactively.
This role is 100% remote and based in PST.
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives Manage hectic and complex calendars Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements Organize team and large offsite events including virtual events/meetings General office duties as needed Build cross-functional relationships between departments
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
4+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
4+ years of calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
Experience prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Experience with Microsoft Office
Virtual Events and knowledge of various video conferencing tools

BA/BS
