Date Posted: 08/22/2024Hiring Organization: Rose InternationalPosition Number: 469795Job Title: Human Resources RepresentativeJob Location: Round Lake, IL, USA, 60073Work Model: OnsiteEmployment Type: TemporaryEstimated Duration (In months): 6Min Hourly Rate($): 40.00Max Hourly Rate($): 45.00Must Have Skills/Attributes: Human Resources, Payroll, WorkdayJob DescriptionThis Human Resources Representative role is responsible for payroll, leaves administration, supporting employee relations, and interpreting HR policies.Qualifications:• No Cephalosporin or Penicillin allergies• 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on payroll, benefits, or HR administration• Proficient in HRIS systems and payroll software• Strong written and verbal communications• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities• Flexibility to meet employee needs who work in a 5-day, 3-shift operation• Navigate the organization to find right solution and know when to raise issues to others for guidance• Take initiative with little direction• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (Advanced Excel preferred)Human Resources Representative Responsibilities:Weekly Payroll and Compensation:• Review, correct, and approve weekly payroll. Support employees and managers with payroll questions and issues.• Support Annual Compensation Review process; conduct bi-annual compensation reviewEmployee Relations:• Support employee investigations and resolutions to issues• Partner with managers and complete disciplinary actions• Primary HR contact for Penicillin leaders and employees• Coordinate leave of absences and accommodation requestsEmployee Engagement:• Proactively communicate with employees and managers regarding HR policies, practices, and key HR programs• Lead all aspects of exit survey interviews and identify ways to improve employee listening strategies• Support new employee orientation. Collect I9 documentations and process WorkdayAdditional Responsibilities:• Run monthly and ad hoc reports for site leaders• Process Workday tasks.
