Software Automation Engineers are in charge for designing and executing automated test scripts / programs and check framework enhancements, presenting process improvement suggestions and generating comprehensive documentation or manuals for the well-designed projects.Specifically, you will be joining a software development-oriented DevOps team focused on improving developer experience and continuous integration.You will be working with and developing new tooling (logic) that is committed in our current release.
Required Qualifications:•... Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline• Ability to program, configure, and support automation and other software within the CI Solution.• Ability to develop code• Someone who is a true developer• Need a senior resource who can hit the ground running with little training/ramp time• Good documentation abilities• Typical DevOps technologies - Jenkins, scripting, all listed in JD
DevOps Engineer Primary Responsibilities:• Devise, build up, mount and maintain software automation that trigger, configure and run functioning processes• Devise specification and in depth documentation for their design• Troubleshoot and remain up to date on current technologies• Makes sure that tooling, software components, related logic / automation, communication networks and interfaces are working properly• Perform regular preventive upholding to make certain that the running solution maintains and runs smoothly• Build up and instigate advanced testing methodologies and makes use of a combination of testing techniques• Work together with field group, contractors, consulting firms and retailers to pull off expected quality levels in the solution• Maintain a strong background in QA methodologies and best practices
