Job Title: UI/UX DesignerLocation: San Francisco CA or San Jose CA or New York, NY or Seattle WA or Bellevue WADuration: 3+ Months (high possibility of extension)Qualifications:• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design and UX.• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of product design work across web-based applications, consumer experiences, and mobile devices.• Experience driving product design for end-to-end projects and a strong understanding of user-centered design processes in agile, cross-functional teams.• Proactive collaborator and communicator with a track record of high-performing teams and building strong, cross-functional partnerships.• Hands-on experience in new product and concept development, including generative research, storyboarding, user-journey mapping, competitive analysis, prototyping, qualitative interviews and quantitative testing.• Ability to synthesize together industry trends, internal and third-party research, team insights, business priorities and stakeholder feedback into actionable UX strategy and design priorities.• Proven track record of self-direction, follow-through, and thoughtful contributorship in the face of ambiguity and complex operating environments.• Hands-on experience in the e-commerce space, creating ad campaign management and marketing platform tools, or designing SaaS products for small businesses a plus.• Degree in interaction design, HCI, industrial design, graphic design, visual communications or equivalent.Responsibilities:• Contribute to world-class, user-centered designs that solve for customer needs, deliver on business requirements, account for technical feasibility, and leverage future trends.• Work with design leaders to ensure a cohesive user-experience across the product portfolio.• Contribute to product discovery activities and collaborate on the future direction of the product with peers, researchers, design leaders, product partners, and engineers.• Develop conceptual diagrams, information architecture maps, wireframes, visual mockups, lightweight specifications, prototypes and product demos that capture the team's shared understanding and document solutions to bring to market.• Collaborate within a cross-functional product team as it works to identify and validate user problems, produce inventive and thoughtful solutions for users that also work for the business, and ships to market meaningful product updates that deliver tangible results.• **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**• **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**Benefits:For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
