HR Administrator

The HR Administrator is an essential role supporting the delivery and responsibility of local Human Resources items for our Canada entities

Reporting into the Regional HR Manager-Americas with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the HR Manager for Canada, this role will ensure the accuracy of records in Microsoft Dynamics, HRIS, and ADP, while administering local benefits and supporting compliance activities.

From upholding our leaders and employees on people initiatives, this opportunity allows exposure to employee relations, process optimization, and other key areas of HR.

Experience Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a related field or comparable experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience working with a HRIS system, (ADP and/or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills.

The Successful Candidate:

• Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage, motivate, and influence others, including remote stakeholders, with credibility at the Senior Management level.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Adaptability: Capable of managing unexpected challenges.
• Communication: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
