HR Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for partnering with site managers and leadership teams to deliver key HR strategies and provide expert advice, fostering a high-performing, engaged workforce.

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager - Americas, this role offers the chance to lead various projects aimed at optimizing our organizational design for future success.

In a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will manage multiple priorities including collaboration with site and leadership teams to build a positive employee culture and enhance engagement. Ideal for a proactive HR Generalist seeking a standalone role with strong collaboration within the broader HR community.

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or HR (preferred), SHRM certification or Master's degree in HR (plus).
• HR management experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment.
• Proven track record in organizational change and design.
• Extensive experience in employee relations, including performance and absence management in both union and non-union settings.
• Experience supporting senior management teams.

• Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage, motivate, and influence others, including remote stakeholders, with credibility at the Senior Management level.
• Contract negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Adaptability: Capable of managing unexpected challenges.

• Communication: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
