We are seeking a Data Specialist to join our Configuration team under our Operations department. Utilizing your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfortability working with a variety of data sets, you will help engage with our clients to set up their data exchange framework and best utilize company data. Our campaigns are designed to support our clients' (health plans) programs, driving increased member engagement in healthcare activities that improve overall member satisfaction and their health (ex: getting a flu shot, completing an annual wellness exam, etc.). These programs are supported on a digital platform that can also be intertwined with web surveys, emails, SMS, print and IVR.In this role you will report to our Manager, Configuration. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Technology, Product, Configuration, Channel/Vendor Management, Project Mangement and Account Management.• Consulting with clients to gather requirements and coach on best practices• Perform system analyses on systems and program deliverability• Determine system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and clients• Onboarding new clients to company data best practices and standards• Creating integrations and troubleshoot questions• Lead clients through discovery, analysis, and documentation of program requirements• Maintaining documentation throughout the client lifecycle• Understand end-to-end solution design• Collaborate and build strong working relationships with internal teams• Offer critical thinking and provide thought leadership to advance data framework and standardization• Provide ongoing documentation of related processes and communication to other teams on updates and changes• Consult on post-launch program changes and issues as needed• Additional duties as assigned• Embody organization’s valuesMust Have:We know that unicorns don't exist, but Rhinos sure do! If you meet a combination of the skills listed below, we encourage you to apply.• 5+ years of experience in data specification management• Experience working with SFTP setup and data exchange• Strong technical skills with the ability to partner closing with Product and Technology Teams• Ability to multitask without sacrificing attention to detail• Experience working with Workfront and JIRA or other project management workflow tools• Well-rounded written and verbal communication skills that enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Technology, Project/Account Management, and Configuration• Healthcare and/or loyalty program experience is a plus• Familiarity with Agile software development methodology• Ability/aptitude to understand and work effectively with technical data/processes• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment• Collaborative, upbeat work ethic where you take ownershipQ Consulting is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
