Job Summary

RPA is seeking a Media Planner to join our team! Collaborate as a Planner within our Media Planning team. This is an ideal role for a candidate looking to advance the next level of their career in media. This role will focus on, but not limited to, managing full cycle media campaigns, Guidelines tool management, budget allocations, mentoring associates and creating relationships with partners internally and externally. 

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Assist the Supervisor in full cycle campaign management.
  • Manage, plan and execute local market campaigns for 25 DMA markets.
  • Take and lead meetings with internal  teams and vendors.
  • Work with multiple RPA teams for trafficking, creative, and analytics.
  • Manage current partners to ensure campaigns are pacing and delivering to goal.

How You’ll Excel In Your Role 

  • 2+ yrs experience in media planning and/or buying in an agency setting or similar
  • Working knowledge of but not limited to Guidelines, ComScore, Prisma, MediaOcean or similar
  • High level of attention to detail and demonstrates impeccable organization
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with the partners internally and externally 
  • Capacity to present in both formal and informal situations
  • Excellent computer skills – truly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (we spend a lot of time working in both applications)
  • Team player

This is an exempt position and is not eligible for overtime compensation. 

The semi-monthly salary range for this position is $2,500.00 - $2,791.66, with an annualized equivalent of $60,000 - $67,000.
