Seeking Project Manager to support the Order to Cash workstream for our Oracle ERP implementation. This project manager will help ensure the Order to Cash workstream completes global design on time, within budget, and within the identified scope. This role will assist the workstream with communications and change management activities as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Subject matter expertise in defining scope of project and determining project methodology, resource allocation and facilitation
  • Establish project plans with associated milestones and deadline.
  • Communicate with staff and external vendors throughout projects
  • Act as a single point of contact and provide coordination of deliverables
  • Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders to create a high-performance global team
  • Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and with appropriate documented approvals
  • Train users on new systems and processes
  • Coordinate routing, tracking, and archiving of project documentation
  • Collect and document project risks and issues
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team leaders in best project practices
  • Coordinate development of project status reports by team leads
  • Review project status reports and follow up on needed changes
  • Collect and document resource information
  • Develop and issue resource summaries
  • Facilitate cross-functional involvement on projects
  • Identify and track risks, actions, issues, and decisions
  • Ability to work with implementation partner (system integrator)


Requirements:
  • College Degree
  • 1-4 years of Project Management experience
  • Medical Device experience
  • Strong documentation experience
  • Raid Management Experience (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
  • Experience creating communication plans
  • Experience working across teams
  • Project Plan tracking experience
