The Director of Sales is responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue and operating goals for an assigned geographic area through management of all resources. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales of Shared Mail in under-weight markets in conjunction with selling integrated solutions to customer. The Director will work with Senior Leadership to set the strategic direction for the team, oversee management of accounts, attainment of revenue quota’s and performance goals, as well as to manage and mentor the sales associates.

The national pay range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
