RSA seeks an experienced global B2B product marketer in the identity security space to lead marketing for RSA’s Unified Identity Platform and engage with the industry analyst community. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of product management, marketing and sales and has demonstrated success in product marketing. This person is responsible for working with the Head of Solution Marketing at telling the story of our company and solutions both internally and to the market. This person delivers high-impact messaging, content and assets internally to enable sales/channel and externally to help customers engage with products.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Own specific pieces of the roadmap/solution set on behalf of marketing. Track the roadmap and solution specifics and availability and plan/execute launch of your products into the market.
    • Develop clear messaging and differentiated positioning on the products.
    • Create collateral including data sheets and playbooks for sales.
    • Own content for sales/channel enablement and, at times, deliver the training.
    • Be subject matter expert and, when needed, direct video creation and development of customer-facing assets
    • Write web copy and other content for your products.
    • Strategic direction and ownership for everything around the marketing of product
  • Track market needs and trends around your solution and determine how we should position ourselves and respond to competitive moves.
  • Lead the execution of large cross-functional launches that will accelerate our growth, drive user delight and strengthen our brand.
  • Establish, nurture and manage an Analyst Relations strategy in concert with the CMO and Head of Solution Marketing, and work with key stakeholders at supporting the engagement.
    • Compile and create content to prepare for analyst meetings.
    • Track deadlines and deliverables.
    • Engage with analysts through briefings, workshops, content review and more.
    • Build and maintain relationships with the analysts and ensure that they are kept up-to-date on RSA news and launches.
  • Develop impactful messaging, web content and collateral about our industry and hot button topics that demonstrate RSA’s thought-leadership.
  • Create sales presentations and content (sales playbooks, pitch decks, cheat sheets, objection handling, and competitive battlecards) to improve solution knowledge and support the sales process and methodology across the buyer's journey.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to develop key use cases and customer success stories and testimonials.
  • Build and deliver product training and support all product-related enablement requirements (e.g. product content, sales guides)
  • Grow to be a company as a spokesperson to analysts and at industry events.
  • Provide insights on pricing, licensing and SKU strategies to help support the pricing team.

You are the right person if you have:

  • Experience in identity security or a closely related cyber security space.
  • Strong understanding of product management, product marketing and sales enablement.
  • 8+ years of working in B2B tech, ideally cyber security, and have a strong understanding of channel partner GTM.
  • Substantial product/solutions marketing experience in taking products through all aspects of a launch process.
  • Experience developing compelling product/solution messaging and positioning.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration working with GTM teams that drive towards results.
  • Comfort speaking with and “selling” the company story/strategy to media, analysts, partners and customers.
  • Excellent communication skills to establish credibility with all levels of leadership and be a trusted advisor and business partner to sales.
  • Experience developing sales enablement playbooks and programs to drive measurable results.
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility and presence in-front of sales and channel and can think well on your feet.
  • Strong written, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong accountability and ability to create structure in an entrepreneurial environment.
