You will report directly to the Associate Director of Operations & Business Services within RTX’s Enterprise Services Procurement & Program Services (P&PS) organization and provide organizational leadership to a team of ~10 technology and continuous improvement professionals. The team delivers technology, automation, data and process capabilities to P&PS functions, including non-product procurement, customs, supplier master data management, supplier proposal analysis, and compliance.The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Technology & Transformation role is both exciting and challenging. This position engages collaboratively with Supply Chain, Proposals & Estimation, Customs, and Digital Technologies (DT) professionals across RTX. You will be responsible for developing and executing tactical and operational plans that accommodate organizational growth and reduce operational costs across the P&PS team. You will enable all facets of the P&PS organization to achieve their potential.What You Will Do• Serving as custodian for P&PS business processes and setting the overall vision for the processes and DT tools• Optimizing efficiency by identifying, deploying and improving processes, systems, tools and metrics consistent with P&PS offerings, goals and objectives, using RTX’s CORE operating model where practical• Providing and maintaining data, technology and transformative tools to stakeholders, both internal and external to P&PS• Engaging and collaborating with leaders across RTX on key initiatives involving P&PS and its related services, including but not limited to ERP transformation• Acting as the key leadership escalation point to address critical issues or remove barriers to meet customer needs• Deploying talent development and related training to enable a “work, grow and belong” strategy• Providing support and mentorship to team members across P&PSQualifications You Must Have• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience in supply chain, manufacturing, business or operations, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience.• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing people with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, specifically related to motivating, coaching and developing employees in onsite, hybrid and remote environments.• 7+ years of solid working knowledge and experience in supply chain processes, including procurement, proposal support, and supplier management along with working knowledge of SAP ERP systems, U.S. Government procurement policies, and U.S. Government regulations (FAR, DFARS).• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing supply chain KPI metrics, leading process improvements, and creating effective and meaningful communications.Qualifications We Prefer• Proven ability to shape and define processes to meet strategic objectives and drive efficiency, while maintaining compliance• Excellent critical thinking skills, ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complexity and ambiguity• An advanced degree in Supply Chain and/or an MBA• Supply Chain experience in the manufacturing industry along with experience using SAP Ariba• RTX CORE Champion Certification, Six-Sigma Black Belt, or equivalentLearn More & Apply Now!Work LocationThis is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside near Richardson, TX or Tucson, AZ.Relocation Eligible: NoPlease consider the following role type definition as you apply for this role:Hybrid: Employees who are working in hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
