Join us and let’s be unstoppable, together.We are looking for an experienced marketer to drive the go-to-market efforts across one of our most strategic industries, Healthcare. You will develop a verticalized marketing strategy that drives engagement and accelerates pipeline and revenue growth within the top healthcare accounts through 1:1 and 1:few specialized tactics. This crucial position will need to work hand in hand with the sales organization to align marketing efforts to their objectives, leveraging deep insights into key accounts to craft and execute high-impact, scalable programs.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, data-obsessed, comfortable in a dynamic environment, action-oriented to deliver results and revenue for the company.What you’ll do:Develop and Execute strategies targeted to the Healthcare industry:• Research, define and deliver comprehensive marketing strategies to drive pipeline and revenue, working in close partnership across both the sales and marketing ecosystem to create and close deals across a focused group of accounts.• Activate a blend of digital, content, and event marketing tactics such as targeted advertising, custom digital experiences, direct mail, executive programming, bespoke in-person/virtual seminars and account and industry specific events.• Build off of work from our Campaigns and Product Marketing Teams to develop tailored healthcare messaging and target audience aligned to their challenges and initiatives, driving toward new business, deal acceleration, or expansion.• Leverage customer and digital intent insights across internal and external data sources to enhance the effectiveness of industry campaigns, sales outreach and overall customer experiences.• Be a strategic business partner to Sales and Inside Sales Team Leaders in order to craft the short and long-term GTM strategy across the focused healthcare accounts.• Partner closely with regional enterprise Field, Strategic Account Team, Partner and Alliance marketing managers to ensure scale and a cohesive customer experience.• Set the standard for industry marketing campaigns. Build a playbook of successful tactics to be iterated on by future teams.Performance Measurement:• Track lead flow from campaign response through to pipeline generation, and collaborate with Inside Sales and Sales Management to improve conversion metrics. Be outcome obsessed to ensure campaign success.• Deliver regular reports and insights to leadership and stakeholders.• Manage a budget, assess the effectiveness of the various marketing tactics based on business targets, and continually refine and improve activities for greater impact using Salesforce and Tableau.Experience you’ll need:• 5+ years of experience and history of career growth in relevant Marketing roles within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company. Healthcare experience preferred.• Experience targeting and differentiating across new customers and expansion opportunities.• Familiarity with full-funnel ABM tactics, 1:1, 1:few, 1:many preferred• Strong sense of accountability and campaign ownership to manage your business and clearly communicate results back to the team with compelling written and presentation skills.• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of key metrics that drive the business, including funnel conversion rates and lead follow up processes.• Understanding of the IT and Security buyers, ability to create compelling events for her/him ideally within the security sector, direct and with partners.• Ability to build trusting, cross-functionally collaborative relationships across the organization.• Must maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude.• Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location.
