About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented AI Prompt Engineer to join our Ad Labs team at Ruby Labs. This full-time role is crucial for scaling our ad production using AI tools for video and image generation. You will report directly to the Ad Creative Director and collaborate closely with our creative and technical teams to develop innovative advertising creatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Creative Leadership: Oversee the use of AI tools to produce ad creatives (static images and videos), enhancing scalability and efficiency. Lead the entire AI-generated creative process from concept to execution.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Ad Creative Director and creative teams to transform advertising concepts into high-quality, ready-to-launch AI-generated visuals and videos.

  • Innovative Development: Remain at the cutting edge of AI technology, proactively exploring and integrating new tools and methods to elevate ad quality and streamline production processes.

  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of AI-generated ads, utilizing performance data to drive creative improvements and report on outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an AI-focused role, bonus points if it is within the advertising or creative industry.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient with AI content generation tools like Sora AI, Midjourney, Runway, Arcads, ElevenLabs, Pika AI, ChatGPT, among others. Strong understanding of the advertising production process.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Portfolio: Must submit a portfolio showcasing past projects with AI tools, ideally related to advertising.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
