About the Role
Join us as an Engineering Manager to inspire our exciting Partnerships team and shape a cutting-edge platform for healthcare integration. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or relevant work experience.
12+ years of professional engineering experience, at least 7 years of full-time IC work, and at least 5 years of hands-on people management experience.
Strong leadership skills that involve performance management, mentoring, and career growth.
Demonstrable project management experience in breaking down projects and delivering on fixed target dates.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience with 3rd party integrations on an enterprise-level scale.
