Sr Frontend Software Engineer

About the Role

• Our mission at Rula is to make mental healthcare work for everyone: patients, therapists, and insurance providers. The money team sits at the intersection of all of our users and is responsible for ensuring financial operations run efficiently, transparently, and without errors.

• We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with frontend development specialization to provide technical leadership to our team on the user experiences we are building for patients, therapists, and insurance provider agents. 

• We are currently a team of 4 engineers looking to expand to 6. If you enjoy solving complex problems, strive to raise the quality bar while developing software, and want to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes team success over individual success, the Money team is the right team for you.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.

• Previous production experience with React or typescript.

• Experience working directly with a design team.

• Experience working on time-sensitive projects, balancing multiple stakeholder’s needs.

• Experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle: planning, specing, execution, and measuring success.
