We specialize in multifamily development and are responsible for all phases of the real estate development process from site selection to lease-up. Summary of Position:
The Plumbing Journeyman will have experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures. This position requires a strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team and must be able to work in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues.
• Install water heaters, water softeners, and other fixtures.
• Repair and replace fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
• Read blueprints and diagrams to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and make necessary repairs.
• Maintain records of work performed.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures
• This position requires a strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations, as well as excellent problem-solving skills
• The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to work in a variety of settings.
• Must be able to display a high level of professionalism with clients
• Willingness to be a team player in a drug free environment
• Hydronics specialty a plus
Required Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
• Valid driver’s license and clean diving record.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described herein represent those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of the job successfully. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.
• Must have the ability to climb a 40-foot ladder to inspect and review project specs. Must be able to get on roofs and inspect.
• Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.
• Must be on-call to address delays, emergencies, bad weather, and other job site issues.

Conditions of Employment:
Continued employment is contingent upon all required licenses, and certificates maintained in active status without suspension or revocation.
