Digital Marketing Manager

Russell Tobin's client, a multinational cybersecurity company is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to work remotely Apply Now! Employment Type: Contract/ Remote Pay rate: $66-$72/hr, DOE Responsibilities: • Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social and content syndication e.g. Google Search, LinkedIn • Partner with analytics team and martech to ensure media connections, tracking, and conversion events are set up properly• Generate reports detailing campaign performance and key insights for stakeholders• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance future campaign effectiveness• Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed to execute campaigns effectively and on time• Coordinate with internal teams to determine upcoming campaign, product, and content launches• Identify new opportunities and innovative tactics to enhance campaign performance• Assist in tracking marketing budgets and invoices• Assist in marketing assets managementRequirements:• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) with ~7+ years of experience in integrated demand and deep paid media (paid search and social, display, syndication, and intent programs in B2B software), digital, multi-channel experience• Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract and interpret data and make data-driven decisions• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas• Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools• Strong cross-functional and agency management• Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads ManagerBenefits that Russell Tobin offers:Russell Tobin offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.
