Pay range $25/h - $32/hSuccessful candidate will have:Experience supporting C-Level• Extensive telephone coverage for Managing Directors: answer phones, take accurate messages, know executive’s whereabouts at all times, handle urgent/confidential calls with appropriate judgment• Calendar maintenance for meetings, events and/or conference calls• Coordinate travel and lodging including the submission of any expenses associated with travel or client visits• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook for email, calendar and contacts.
