Planning Project Manager

RVi, a leading national planning and design firm, is looking for a Planning Project Manager in Austin to be involved in all aspects of the Land Planning Process. The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of experience in residential master planning and community design.

Skills

Bachelors or Masters degree in urban and regional planning, landscape architecture, or a closely related field
8-12 years of experience in residential master planning and community design
Project management skills
Technology proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, and digital rendering programs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Prepare and process complex land use petitions for private sector clientele
Prepare and process a variety of planning studies and due diligence analysis
Build and maintain client and local municipal agency relationships
Participate in or lead presentations for successful client and project approvals
Maintain and promote office culture
Develop and maintain collaboration with the landscape architecture team
Mentor planning staff
