Are you an experienced Regional Vice President of Sales who is successful, motivated, smart, energetic, and looking for a rewarding position in a growing, profitable, and dynamic company?

Agiloft is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales for the Eastern region, that thrives working with large enterprises in multiple industries, with unique business challenges requiring sophisticated solution design.

Position Overview

The Regional Vice President, Sales - East will be responsible for sales performance and client experience across the assigned region. This individual will ensure the customer base within his or her region is being maintained and expanded to meet company goals and benchmarks.

In this role, you will hire, train, and lead a team of salespeople while providing leadership and insight to drive growth and achieve sales goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise assigned Account Executives, including communicating job expectations, planning and monitoring individual job contributions, and mentoring team members
  • Drive regional sales by developing and leading enterprise sales and high-priority opportunities from inception to close
  • Assist new and existing Account Executives in helping them qualify and close opportunities and develop new opportunities to meet quarterly goals
  • Provide regional sales performance indicators to upper management
  • Analyze and forecast market opportunities within the local CLM market
  • Evaluate day-to-day operations of assigned region and team
  • Evaluate hiring needs including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring salespeople
  • Develop staff talents to support business revenue goals
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, or similar degree
  • Previous experience as a Regional Vice President, Sales, or a similar senior sales role
  • Strategic mindset
  • Experience building effective teams
  • Deep understanding of the market, demographics, and behavior of consumers within the assigned territory/region
  • Exemplary verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to remotely lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
