(https://ryder.com/job-applicant-privacy-policy)_SummaryThe Senior Partnerships Manager is a key component of the success and growth of the Partnerships department at Ryder and the RyderShip product E-commerce. This role will take on and build some of the most critical strategic relationships Ryder’s ecommerce division and must deliver long-term focused value, ideate collaborative initiatives, and execute the strategies and goals of the department.REMOTE work from HOMEEssential Functions• Own a book of key partners to drive mutual success through value proposition alignment, goal setting, team exposure, sales enablement, co-marketing, and more• Create a pipeline of potential partners that support the goals and initiatives of the department• Maintain a deep understanding of Ryder Ecommerce’s solution and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) to articulate to partners and be the voice and advocate of our business and offering• Strategize and execute cross-departmental activities that enable outbound lead flow for partners consistently• Work closely with committed partners to identify and qualify new opportunities and co-selling opportunities for Ryder Sales in the millions in annual deal flow• Identify existing Ryder customers with Sales and Customer Success that would benefit from our partners’ offerings• Serve as a primary point of contact for your partners while nurturing the relationship by constantly adding value and being an asset to their organization• Identify and develop joint “go-to-market” strategies and lead generation opportunities• Continually improve and iterate our strategy and overall approach to partnerships• Continually develop knowledge of post-purchase fulfillmentAdditional Responsibilities• Attend Industry Conferences and Tradeshows• Perform other duties as requiredSkills and Abilities• Strong business acumen with track record of exceeding goals, Required• Demonstrated networking and relationship-building abilities with internal and external teams, Required• Demonstrated ability to be versatile and highly organized with acute attention to details, Required• Ability to successfully manage multiple workstreams and prioritize competing projects, Required• Ability to persuade, inspire and motivate others in both speech and writing, Required• Intelligent, persistent, curious, and driven to succeed in a career in tech startups, Required• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, Required• Openness to coaching and training, Required• Entreprenurial and creative tendencies to contribute to the growth and development of the department and its internal and external activities, Required• Experience in the ecommerce ecosystem (Shopify, SalesForce, BigCommerce, etc.), RequiredQualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Required• 4 years or more in managing partnerships in the eCommerce space, Required• CrossBeam Intermediate, Required• SalesForce Intermediate, RequiredTravel• Yes, 0-10%Applicants from California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York City, and Washington:Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; marketdata/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees orcertifications, etc.The salary for this position ranges from $120K to $140K Employees may also be eligibleto receive an annual bonus, as applicableRyder offers comprehensive health and welfare benefits, to include medical,prescription, dental, vision, life insurance and disability insurance options, as well as paid time off for vacation, illness, bereavement, family and parental leave, and a tax advantaged 401(k) retirement savings planJob Category: Supply ChainRyder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
