Summary of Position
We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead the paid media strategy, execution, management, and optimization across platforms like Google, Bing, Facebook, and various display and programmatic channels. The role involves collaboration with sales and marketing teams and leading a team of analysts.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing Paid Media strategies, managing SEM accounts, creating new accounts, optimizing daily, generating landing pages, updating content, budgeting, monitoring campaign progress, and staying updated on new strategies and techniques.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, positive leader with strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills. As a Paid Media Manager, you will set an example for the rest of the paid media team. You will be a thought leader, a direct manager, provide mentorship, and build foundational materials to train and educate relevant team members on paid media topics. You will drive RYNO's paid media division to growth and evolution.
Position Responsibilities
The total compensation for this opportunity includes a base salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, the potential for quarterly bonuses, plus benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.
