Safety Coordinator

Grove Collaborative is now hiring a Safety Coordinator at our St. Peters Fulfillment Center!

As Safety Lead, you will be responsible for helping develop safety protocols, training and coaching associates on safety protocols, reporting on compliance, and inventory management of safety supplies.

Hours: Tuesday - Friday, 6 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Requirements:

Two (2) or more years of fulfillment or warehousing experience (supervisory roles preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills and a willingness to respectfully raise safety concerns to any level of leadership

Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and train others on safety protocols
Lead safety discussions during daily start-up meetings
Track safety protocol violations and report to site leadership
Assist in safety investigations as directed by People Operations (HR)
Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
Maintain reliable inventory counts for all safety supplies including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), cleaning / sanitizing supplies
