The ideal candidate represents the front-end face of the Human Resources Function, constantly participating in business management discussions with the aim of matching organizational needs and people management best practices.Key Responsibilities:• Recruitment:• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies• Screen resumes and applications.• Schedule and participate in interviews.• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS)• Onboarding:• Prepare new hire documentation.• Conduct new hire orientations.• Candidate Experience:• Communicate with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.• Through a continous exchance with the business line, collect the organisational needs and elaborates the related people plan;• Collaboration:• Work with HR team and hiring managers on staffing needs.• Liaise with external recruitment agencies and job boards.• Data Management:• Maintain recruitment records and reports.• Analyze recruitment data for trends and improvements.• HR BP Support:• Drive yearly Merit Review and Headcount Budgeting liaising with HR Comp & Ben;• Collaborare on Performance Management Program, Team Effectiveness, Employee Recognition, etc.;Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.• Sound experience in HR Business Partner/Recruitment/HR Generalist roles, preferably in multinational, fast-paced companies;• Strong communication and organizational skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel• ADP Knowledge• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks• Highly organized and consistent in meeting deadlines. Ability to manage competing priorities;• Strong business acumen, resourceful and be able to analyze and understand the strategic needs of the organisational environment as well as to seize problem solving opportunities quickly.Safilo is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
