This role is essential for driving the development of our frontend infrastructure, critical for supporting our innovative AI-driven healthcare applicationsKey Responsibilities• You will own the front-end development for one or more of our products and collaborate with visual/interaction designers, product managers to launch new products, iterate on existing features and build a world-class user experience.• System Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of complex frontend systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security across all operations within a healthcare environment.• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, lead frontend development teams, and contribute to strategic planning to improve frontend systems and practices.• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality alignment.Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.• At least 6 years of experience in frontend development.• Proven track record in designing and implementing high-availability frontend SaaS solutions.• Strong understanding of system design principles.Highly Preferred Qualifications• Strong experience with open web technologies (HTL5/CSS/JS) to build pixel perfect high performant user interfaces.• Agile development methodology.
