Our company encourages diversity and inclusion in all its forms while our products make the world a more beautiful, safer, and sustainable home ([Link available when viewing the job] .• What’s the job?To provide general administrative support for Plant Management, Sales, Human Resources, Training, Purchasing and other plant staff members as needed.Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:• Provide general office support such as answering the phone/emails, mail sorting, meeting dictation & office supplies inventory management• Vendor Management (i.e., Vending, Pest Control, Cleaners, FedEx, Printers)• Plan and coordinate meals for meetings and special events• Maintain the meeting rooms/salaried break rooms with supplies• Coordinate and manage housekeeping concerns with staff• Support the Sales team with tour planning, customer gifts and show and sells• Manage the local charitable donation distribution process• Provide hotel and travel reservation support to plant visitors• Provide general Human Resource admin support• Assist with the hourly payroll process• Participate in Work Life Team- Captain of Community Involvement. (Coordinate Community activities)• Provide purchasing and receiving support in SAP and Medius• Provide support to the Training Dept. as needed• Check Deposits• Manage expense reports• Other duties as assignedWhat do you bring?• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required• Associates or 2 year degree preferred• 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience required• 1 year of HR Payroll/Benefits experience preferred• SAP Experience preferred• Attention to detail and proficiency with internal computer systems including Windows and Microsoft Office• Excellent communication skills and able to multi-task in a very fast paced environment• Strong organizational skills• Ability to deal calmly and effectively with high stress situations, sensitivity to other’s needs and positive demeanor• Through the responsible development of innovative and sustainable building products, CertainTeed, headquartered in Malvern, Pennsylvania, has helped shape the building products industry for more than 110 years.
