Residential Outreach and Sales Coordinator

Job Description​

Saint Luke's Bishop Spencer Place in Kansas City is looking to hire a Residential Outreach and Sales Coordinator. In this position you will cultivate professional relationships with community referral sources and participate in networking opportunities to drive census throughout community. The Residential Outreach and Sales Coordinator will also work with prospective residents, their families and referral sources/influencers to sell the merits of the community’s continuum of care lifestyle from concept to move-in and will help organize community and marketing events. Establishes and maintains professional relationships with professional referral sources within the community.

  • Participates as an active member in local networking and business organizations.

  • Helps coordinate marketing events, cultural programs, and other outreach activities to educate and attract potential residents.

  • Supporting sales in independent living, assisted living, and long-term care.

  • Meets with prospective residents, family members, and influencers to highlight the benefits of the community and show available inventory.
