Sales Admin and Calendar Scheduler

At The Goodlife Institute, we are transforming the way we work and live to promote human flourishing. We are seeking a Sales Admin to join our team and manage our sales calendar and scheduling of incoming leads. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for potential clients and representing our brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales calendar and ensure sales reps have a full schedule
  • Schedule appointments with incoming leads, and reschedule appointments to maximize sales opportunities and accommodate potential clients
  • Confirm appointments with prospective clients via call or text
  • Review call recordings as requested by the sales leader
  • Calculate commissions and submit invoices
  • Audit and review accuracy of Hubspot data and support reporting requests
  • Ensure timely payment for Enrollment Coaches
  • Ensure all deposits are resolved within 7 days

Requirements:

  • Fluent English speaker
  • Prior experience managing complex schedules or calendars
  • Availability during US timezone hours, Monday-Friday
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tech quickly
  • Prior Hubspot experience preferred

Success in this role looks like:

  • Strong alignment with our core values
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results after being trained on a topic or area
  • Call show-up rate of 70% or higher
  • Sales reps' calendars are filled with qualified calls
  • Accurate sales reports with any erroneous data identified and corrected
  • Timely payment of all Enrollment Coaches
