Sales Agent (Face to Face)

As a sales agent for Freddie’s Flowers, you will be responsible for helping us grow our UK customer base through face to face sales.

We are looking for outgoing, charismatic and engaging sales people to passionately represent the company, share the joy of receiving regular flowers and encourage people to sign up and give us a try.

Face to face sales have been the lifeblood of Freddie’s Flowers ever since its inception back in 2015. A huge part of our brand identity and success has come through the conversations we have had with people over the years.

We are looking for people who are personable, make an excellent first impression and are great at holding conversation, to sign people up to receive a regular flower delivery service.

The type of shifts you'll be working: Events. Shops. Pop up's. Markets.

We are looking for people who can give us a minimum of 4 shifts a week. Shift times will vary depending on location and can be anywhere between 7-9 hours.

Every canvasser is put on a PAYE casual workers contract and will be paid out weekly. They will also be entitled to benefits of working for Freddie's Flowers such as holiday pay and free flowers.

The salary is a mix of London Living wage: £11.05 plus commission and is worked out at an average of £35 per sale. Earnings typical of £120.00-£350.00 per day.

£32,000 - £60,000 OTE
