Expectations for Success:
  • As our Healthcare Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for contacting and gaining access to leaders and executives in Health Systems of all sizes across a specific territory.
  • You research and identify key decision makers and/or key influencer's within an organization across many different departments.
  • You understand the impact our services have on our clients.
  • You articulate to prospects how our programs and services can help their organizations save money, improve quality and remain focused on their core mission of clinical care.
  • You work well with teammates, like to strategize and plan out creative methods to generate more business opportunities.
  • You use rejection as fuel to motivate and push you to work harder and smarter.
  • You’re a self-starter, competitive and driven. You see the bigger picture.
  • You don’t hit quota because that is what is expected of you, rather you blow past quota because it’s who you are.
  • You are in sales because you want to drive your own destiny.
  • You view this opportunity as a career, not as a job.
A Day in the Life:
  • You work with Sales Executives to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the goal of setting quality meetings.
  • You make 100 cold calls, craft personalized emails and network on LinkedIn weekly
  • You work closely with our Marketing team to execute account-based campaigns
  • You attend 1:1’s, team meetings, trainings, sales calls, discovery calls, etc. to develop your skills.
  • You collaborate with your peers sharing standard methodologies, best practices and role playing to make sure you’re focused on continuous improvement


The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous 3+ years inside sales experience; proven success converting leads to customers, preferably in the Healthcare industry
  • The ability balance competing priorities and keep multiple stakeholders informed on progress
  • Technical aptitude- you can learn new programs before and have a knack for picking them up quickly
  • Working knowledge of a CRM, preferably Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Experience using tools such as ZoomInfo, SalesForce, LinkedIn Navigator, etc
