Join us as our new Sales & Distribution Associate, Food & Beverage, North & Central America– Franklinton NC
We are looking for an energetic, strategic and actionable results-oriented Distribution Support Coordinator for our food & beverage industry, interested in developing their strategic customer management skill set.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
  • Meet/exceed sales and growth targets for specified distributors/customers for assigned territory, leveraging a minimum 2-3 years of relevant sales/distribution experience in the food or beverage industry
  • Utilizing your Bachelor’s of Business Administration in sales, marketing, economics, or other business related field. Additional degrees in related technical field such as Food Science, Biology, Chemistry and/or an MBA a plus.
  • Learning how to implement a strategic, mid to long-term mindset with the ability to navigate a cross-functional networking culture and global business environment through strong leadership skills and a strong business acumen
  • Manage NZ internal distribution reporting, ensuring process follows the principles of Novozymes global distributor management systems.
  • Maintain customer master data in CRM i.e., contacts, companies, sold-to’s, industries, etc. including customers transferred to the distributor.
  • Work with key stakeholders to manage, coordinate, and execute on industry reviews and follow up on agreements through action log meetings with the Account Manager & Distributor
  • Maintain and communicate opportunity pipeline for all industries assigned to distributor and key accounts (as designated)
  • Act as supply chain anchor and main contact person for distribution and supply issues. Drive operational excellence on specific distributor responsibilities e.g. ensuring reliable reporting system is in place and measurable
  • Drive opportunity management best practices and follow-up on distributor and designated key account(s) opportunity portfolio, optimizing the SalesForce Opportunity report to create value.
  • Support other strategic account(s) as designated by Commercial Director or Regional VP.
  • Assist Strategic Account Manager in organization and execution of special projects for opportunities, threat management, or other initiatives critical for account expansion

Expected Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
