About the role:

We are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Analyst to join our global marketing team. This role will report to Director of Digital Marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries (resulting from Vaco family of brand websites, virtual CPE seminars, webinars, and other client-facing events) and rapidly route them to the most appropriate internal resources for continued discussion of projects.
  • Coordinate sales efforts and follow-up with local offices, practices, and Global Solutions to ensure lead is contacted, understand and track progress, maximize success globally, and provide a seamless experience for clients.
  • Build and maintain positive and collaborative partnerships with producers/sales leaders, brand and practice leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Directly contact potential clients to qualify and scope opportunity/need, understand impetus for the opportunity/need, conduct research, identify other potential opportunities at the client
  • Partner with Global Solutions and develop and manage client relationship.
  • Generate viable client job orders from new and inactive accounts. Track and move opportunities through the recruiting/sales funnel.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities for Vaco's family of brands based on observations from inbound lead data.
  • Analyze lead data to identify trends in client needs and opportunities (e.g., by functional area, initiative, industry, geography, service, solution).
  • Identify opportunities for data standardization across our marketing function to create trend reporting and forecasting efficiencies across the organization.
  • Measure progress of client lead records and maintain data hygiene within the sales and marketing CRM platforms. Work with local markets to keep lead data updated in the CRM (e.g., Bullhorn, SalesForce).
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual lead and deal reports (e.g., sales metrics).
  • Manage marketing qualified lead (MQL) and sales qualified lead (SQL) lists based upon best-available/most current data.
  • Timely contact unqualified leads to provide awareness of our brands' various services and solutions, ensure a positive experience for the inquirer and, as appropriate, recommend potential organizations that are well-suited in meeting the inquirer's needs.
  • Route inquiries that are not related to leads to the appropriate shared services center functional area (e.g., HR; Legal; Accounting, Security Risk and Compliance) or local office administration.

Desired Competencies and Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role focused on inbound lead production or sales enablement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executives, business leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Microsoft Excel, and/or Google Sheets.
  • Experience reporting with marketing automation/CRM tools (such as HubSpot or SalesForce) strongly preferred.
  • Data analytics platform reporting experience a plus.
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4) experience a plus.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Travel Requirements:

  • <10% -Travel to onsite offices or conferences may occur.
