Job Description
The Sales Associate provides administrative support for the Health & Beauty categories. The candidate should be able to handle a high-volume environment where they need to be a quick learner with an assertive self-starter approach. This position is ideal for someone interested in a career in media sales and marketing.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • General administrative support such as: expenses, scheduling, calendar management and travel/restaurant arrangements
  • Handling RFP's (request for proposals), insertion orders, editorial credits, client communication and preparing competitive reports
  • Preparing for client meetings, presentations and brainstorm sessions
  • Learning integrated ad sales, brand essence and sales process
  • Researching industry trends and agency shifts within region
  • Reporting requests and contact updating
  • Using Microsoft and internal sales programs

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in G Suite
  • Passion for advertising sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely computer savvy with the ability to master sales systems
  • Candidate should be smart, motivated, personable, detail oriented and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Base Salary: $58,500 - $64,500
