Under general supervision, responsible for selling frames at assigned retail stores.
Sell frames and our licensed products in retail store locations as assigned.
Increase sales revenues by providing product expertise and quality customer service in a proactive, professional manner.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with store management and associates to maximize problem resolution and compliance support.
Work in partnership with the store management team, Merchandiser, and Account Executive to ensure brand initiatives meet the established expectations, guidelines, and necessary adaptations specific to the region or market.
Perform markdowns and RTVs when required.
Report directly to Account Executive and communicate actions, issues, and results on a regular basis.
Perform all other functions as required.
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Two to four years’ Customer Service or Account Services experience or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to build effective relationships and resolve a variety of issues
Two years of customer service experience in an office/retail environment
Knowledge of the eyewear industry or experience in the fashion accessory field is required
Ability to work with the general public in a retail environment
Ability to elevate the perception of our brands and our company
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask
