WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work with the direct sales team to monitor individual rep performance to identify areas for improvement and reinforce behaviors that lead to success

Coach sales representatives and frontline managers on skills, behaviors, tools and product knowledge to be successful

Senior individual contributor role that will frequently collaborate with executives on enablement priorities

This role is part of the global enablement team and reports to the head of global enablement

This is a critical role that will allow Egnyte to scale sales operations to meet our revenue targets

Provide sellers with relevant knowledge, skills and tools to achieve sales objectives/priorities

Partner with the Product Enablement Manager, Onboarding Manager and subject matter experts on enablement programs, content, curriculum, deployment and metrics

Leverage global knowledge assets to construct, deliver or facilitate enablement solution for regional specific sales enablement needs

Proactively, provide recommendations for enablement opportunities that will help drive additional revenue

Manage and communicate your enablement program portfolio including, active and completed programs, updates, success metrics and calendar.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 year sales leadership experience (preferably SaaS) OR 5-7 years of SaaS sales experience

Sales enablement experience is preferred

Familiarity will common sales methodologies

Must be an excellent communicator that excels at presenting & training

Highly organized and able to manage multiple different priorities

A data driven yet strategic thinker

Less than 15% travel

Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.
