David Weekley Homes, a leader in residential home building, is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our Phoenix team.
- Achieve sales quotas
- Maintain performance standard
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with Prospects, Buyers, Management, Design Center and Construction Builders
- Utilize the interview selling process to effectively greet, qualify, demonstrate, site and close prospects
- Understand community, plans, options and specifications
- Conduct prospect follow-up and maintain customer follow-up notes
- Operate within DWH policies and procedures
- Produce accurate & detailed traffic & Monday meeting reports
- Stay current with competition and advise management
- Initiate Realtor participation with follow-up calls to potential and current home buyers, spec flyers, office visits, MLS tours, and e-mails
- Oversee Model maintenance
- Provide outstanding service to customers before, during, and after the sale
- Maintain backlog
- Communicate with buyers on a weekly basis
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships
- Arizona Real Estate License, can be obtained after employment
- Strong customer service and communications skills
- Self motivational skills
- Positive attitude and strong listening skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
