We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join us in our Dallas office, focusing on the ever busy Energy Market.

Sales Consultant.
In this role you will be required to identify, open and develop new market opportunities in a high pace, pro-active sales environment. You'll develop technical expertise and market awareness in line with the sector specific area of Energy.

In addition, you will match and manage client and candidate expectations and be an integral part of growing the Matchtech Americas team. You will need to work independently and also as part of a team in achieving personal and team targets and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities via multi-media channels.
  • Identify potential candidates to fulfil client's requirements using innovative candidate attraction strategies.
  • Build and share a clients and candidates portfolio.
  • Work with both teams and managers to achieve personal and team KPIs & objectives.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.
  • Support graduate and trainee consultants to develop into the role.
