SPS is growing! We are adding a Sales Coordinator who will coordinate among sales reps, sales leaders, customer success and clients to streamline sales processes and administration on the Analytics team. In this hands-on role, you will assist in expanding the network by following up on supplier driven retailer leads to add POS retailers to our network. The Analytics Sales Coordinator will work closely with Sale Management, Account Executives, and key customers to drive expansion of the network and accurately document activities and retailer capabilities in Sales Force. This position will also work closely with the Analytics Sales team to document, drive interactions with retailers and Suppliers.

Day to Day

  • Identify new and creative opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com to better support business
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to learn and understand the full sales cycle process & network growth strategy.
  • Analyze data to guide sales process decisions and strategy
  • Assist sales team by coordinating with internal stakeholders
  • Follow-up on sales process details across time-zones ensuring contracts, documents, and client responses flow through the system as quickly as possible.
  • Assist the sales team and Customers in understanding the current status of new retailer projects
  • Utilize Salesforce to accurately track progress and share updates
  • Perform other duties and projects, as assigned
Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience OR combination of equivalent education and relevant experience
  • Proven skills performing thorough, quantitative, or qualitative analysis using applicable technology tools with demonstrated success completing data analysis and report creation
  • Proven competence with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Clear, concise, and confident communicator (verbal, non-verbal, written) with excellent organizational skills and an ability to influence across global lines
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
