Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales VP - Natural by managing the CRM system for the field sales team. They would ensure seamless execution of changes to accounts, reps and territories. This role also vets alignment with CRM and Power Bi reports. They would support with new account verifications, customer paperwork, forms, portal work and other administrative duties. This role also manages Trade Shows and catalog coordination.


Essential Functions

  • Manages, maintains, and updates Hub Spot CRM including rep/region/account changes.
  • Ensures all selling lists and territories are properly assigned in Hub Spot as changes occur.
  • Monitors Power Bi report updates and ensures accuracy as changes are made in Hub Spot.
  • Gathers and distributes the key account monthly promotional directives.
  • Supports portal work for key accounts.
  • Vets sales materials ensuring accurate information is provided.
  • Vets new account applications to determine approval.
  • Provides inventory BIS reports for key accounts.
  • Collects information and works with the Sales VP- Natural to create reports related to tracking and monitoring ROI.
  • Accounts receivables/ collections for accounts as needed.
  • Identify and resolve pricing, product, credit and shipping discrepancies.
  • Assists with special projects, such as communicating and entering pricing and product changes.
  • Manage, coordinate, and execute trade shows. Including; travel arrangements, dinner reservations, contract negotiations, tradeshow platforms, coordinates assets/materials, shipment of products, etc.
  • Coordinates BBCO catalog across departments.
  • Assist with Excel Spreadsheets and PPT presentations.
  • Maintains outlook distribution lists.
  • Provides general administrative support to the Natural channel.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills including data entry, word processing, email and efficient use of the internet.
  • Ability to work independently, following instructions provided by others on the team.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
