Sales Development Representative (SDR)

At Intelligo, we understand that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. That's why we're seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to find and qualify potential customers who can benefit from our products and services.
As the point of contact with potential customers, the ideal SDR should have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at identifying relevant leads and starting new relationships with them, and will set our sales closers up for success.
You should be an independent and quick learner with strong communication skills, with a drive to succeed, and have the ability to present our offerings in a compelling way.

Day To Day

  • Represent Intelligo's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of the market, and leading to prospect research to identify how our solutions meet their needs
  • Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling, or responding to inquiries generated from marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Identify best practices to refine the department's lead generation playbook
  • Leverage cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities
  • Qualify leads to set up meetings or calls between them and our sales executives
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant sales or customer experience, with a history of exceeding targets
  • Outstanding phone, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a growing organization
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to improve efficiency
  • Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM software an advantage
