Come help us make healthcare history, measurably impacting people’s lives in new and meaningful ways. In your role as an SDR, you’ll be uncovering and developing opportunities with employers.

Your primary areas of focus will be:

  • Building a pipeline of employer opportunities
  • Building and nurturing relationships with Benefits Leaders and Employer Benefit Consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Generate pipeline by using multiple strategies and tactics to build key relationships with prospects and consultants
  • Outreach to key targets using LinkedIn, email and phone
  • Through prospecting activity, build new business opportunities for VP, Sales.
  • Partner with marketing to develop key messages and campaigns
  • Partner with VP, Sales to develop targeted outreach by region.
  • Help increase Dario’s market share by prospecting and identifying new opportunities
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the customer’s needs, market trends, industry challenges, major players, relevant products, and technologies

Requirements

Our successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of Employer or digital health sales experience required
  • Experience selling in an employee benefits environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working primarily with email and phone
  • Experience with SalesForce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Ability to understand the complex needs of a prospect and tailor a solution to meet their needs
  • Outstanding presentation skills, including effectiveness in small and large group settings, both in person and via virtual meeting tools and/or conference calls
  • Strong project management skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with highly talented sales professionals
  • The ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
