About the role

At Arthur, we help data scientists, product owners, and business leaders accelerate model operations to optimize for accuracy, explainability, and fairness. Arthur's customers, which include Fortune 500 companies, use the platform to ensure that they can catch and fix any issues with their production AI systems before they become billion-dollar problems. As Sales Development Representative you will focus on leads that will become Arthur's next business partners, and will find and engage with prospects to drive continued sales growth.

What you'll do

  • Professionally and persistently pursue leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Book qualified meetings with leads and maintain up-to-date lead information in Salesforce
  • Focus on generating pipeline, both individually and collaboratively with the Sales team
  • Meet or exceed assigned marketing goals, stay on top of the latest industry trends, and dedicate time to continuous learning
  • Provide feedback to peers and internal teams to help develop and improve marketing materials
  • Share best practices, collaborate with teammates, and motivate others with a positive attitude

You have

  • 2+ years of client facing sales development experience in a B2B or SaaS environment, ideally with complex software products
    • Experience with machine learning/predictive analytics products is a plus
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales development targets
  • A history of applying creative, persistent, and effective outbound sales lead follow-ups
  • The ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and stakeholders
  • Keen attention to detail and effective organizational skills
  • The ability to manage your time and deliver results under limited supervision, particularly when balancing multiple projects and deadlines
  • An interest in Arthur AI's mission, with the aptitude and desire to build knowledge in the space
