Your role:
Quadient is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven and engaging Sales Development Representative to generate discovery appointments for field sales professionals related to intelligent communication automation (ICA) software with both existing and new customers. This role will successfully execute the early stages of the Quadient sales process from targeting to account access with a desire to be promoted into a field sales role. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for scheduling Discovery Appointments for Account Executives that lead to impactful outcomes for both the customer and Quadient. Targeted organizations will be a combination of small and medium-sized businesses within key targeted vertical markets identified for having a proven need for automating outbound customer communications.

This position has an hourly pay target of:
$25.24and annual commission target of:
$12,000.00Quadient, Inc. has target base salary and target incentive compensation for our sales roles, that are based on function, level, and scope. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings.
