The Opportunity
Gravy Analytics is seeking a Sales Development Representative to fill a hybrid role that combines inside sales, lead qualification, relationship cultivation, and frequent in person networking at industry events. The ultimate goal is to secure meetings for our Sales team with qualified new prospects. We are looking for a rising star who wants to grow their career quickly within an industry leading geospatial intelligence start up.
You will be the first point of contact for prospects, playing a key and highly visible role in a fast-paced growing company. Success in this role requires a hunter-mentality, as significant time will be spent on the phone and via email cultivating prospects and following up on leads generated from marketing programs. You will be expected to frequently attend public sector events in the Greater Washington DC area and utilize your own network to generate top of funnel sales activity.
