Sales Development Representative

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operation products, is searching for a Sales Development Representative. This position is a work from home opportunity. We are looking for a hardworking, sales-oriented and customer focused individual who is willing to learn and grow with Kimball Midwest.

General Responsibilities:

We are looking for an assertive, competitive go-getter to work with the Customer Development team, specifically the Customer Development Supervisor, to support the sales team through phone interactions with leads, prospects and end-user customers.

Position Requirements:

  • This position requires the ability to adapt and to support the Sales Team and their mission. It requires understanding and adherence to the ‘Two Customer Philosophy’: colleagues and customers are both to be treated as customers.
  • This position requires the tenacity to handle a large volume of outbound sales calls to potential Kimball Midwest customers. (At least 60 outbound calls per day to various businesses)
  • This position welcomes individuals who are interested in growing their careers with Kimball Midwest and offers a track towards growth within the company.
  • Prior outbound call center experience preferred, but not required.

Additional Information:

$17.85 per hour pay rate.

You must live in the state of Texas to be considered for the position.
