Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing Platform Sales team! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting enterprise sales directors with building and managing a healthy sales pipeline by doing outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, and qualifying prospects for the Acuity Enterprise solutions product suite. The perfect candidate for this role will naturally want to transition into a full Account Executive role in a 12 to 18-month timeframe.

What you will do:

  • Source and cultivate new relationships with brands and agency relationships
  • Work collectively with client services, sales, and enterprise sales teams to cultivate and grow accounts
  • Communicate the value of AcuityAds product offerings and demonstrate how we can be of help with advertisers’ challenges
  • Participate in product road map build out discussions based on client needs with senior leadership, product, & engineering
  • Work closely with sales teams to constantly optimize efforts relating to company-wide goals
  • Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding core client business needs
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators

What you'll bring:

  • 1+ years of relevant sales / sales development experience (digital / ad tech/ mar tech / SaaS / Tech)
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota for outreach, demos booked, and sales quotas
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting
  • Experience with CRM applications such as Salesforce and sales enablement platforms
  • Coachable, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Exemplary critical thinking skills
  • Fearlessness - willing to hop on the phone with new and evangelize the Acuity product suite
  • Instinctual – hunter mentality that knows how to walk the line with prospects, create tasteful dissatisfaction, and effectively communicate the Acuity Product suites as a solve.
