What We Are Looking For
You are a dynamic Sales Director with a proven track record who wants to immediately add value improving and building out internal sales processes while promoting growth for ouroutstanding organization.
You are at a stage in your career where you want to work with only the best, and you know what it takes to communicate the value proposition for groundbreaking SaaS platforms.
As our Sales Director, you will use deep knowledge of call centers challenges and objectives, domain expertise, and consultative selling skills to initiate and support sales at Uniphore. You will be responsible for identifying strategic potential prospective clients, engaging with them and building the relationship then acting as a trusted advisor to maintain the business. Your business partners will be confident that you are constantly looking for ways to drive and improve the sales process.

Responsibilities

    • You will be an influential member of our high performing, proactive field sales team to drive net and new business sales into strategic accounts – our business partners call us rockstars for a reason
    • You will drive complex sales cycles orchestrating dedicated and proactive internal team of pre-sales, discovery, and delivery
    • You are accountable for achieving (and let’s face it, the fun is in surpassing) financial targets, as well as delivering to the customers’ expectations

Experience and Qualifications

    • Deep knowledge in selling SaaS/Cloud based contact center solutions to C-levels with enterprise accounts
    • Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position Uniphore’s world class solutions with prospective accounts
    • Proven success with transformation selling and strategy
    • Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
    • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
    • Bachelor's degree in business or other related field, or equivalent
    • 10+ years of enterprise call center sales experience
    • Ability to work with people at all levels inside and outside the company
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skillset

Preferred Qualifications

    • Call center experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-managing, motivated, proactive “get it done” attitude

The anticipated salary hiring range (base plus variable) for this position is:
East Coast: $236,000 - $270,000

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
In addition to competitive base plus variable, pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.
