Sales Director
We are a leading advertising and media intelligence company, and we are currently seeking a Sales Director to meet our customer retention, expansion and revenue growth objectives!
Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve targets within assigned verticals and accounts. Sales director duties will include hitting annual targets, building client relationships and understanding customer trends. Sales director responsibilities include building, leading and growing a pipeline, handling the process and collaborating with client facing teams to meet client expectations of our solutions.
In this role, you will:

Hitting/exceeding annual sales targets and accounts

Developing and performing strategic territory plan and expand customer base
-
Prospect and develop pipeline within assigned accounts and territory including both new and existing accounts

Maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
-
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
-
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
-
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
-
Present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
-
Drive the sales process from plan to close
-
Articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
-
Position products against competitors
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
-
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
-
Innovative and results-oriented sales contributor with strong Advertising & Media experience, preferably with SaaS exposure
-
At least 5 years of experience in a sales individual contributor role
-
Strong sales results where the individual has met and/or exceeded annual goals and has been a valued contributor
-
Proven record of prospecting new clients or prospecting within existing clients at senior levels of organizations
-
Solid understanding of sales process, including pipeline and priority organization, forecasting
-
Experience negotiating and renewing strategic/high revenue impact partnerships
-
Outstanding communication and presentation skills - Ability to speak fluently to senior executives (Directors, VPs, C-Suite)

Proven experience as a sales ‘hunter’ and an ability to drive strategic sales cycles and close business within assigned territory

Proven success effectively uncovering needs/struggles that Vivvix is uniquely positioned to solve for

The salary range for this role in New York is $103,900.00 - 173,100.00 USD Annual. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
