WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This role will play a crucial part of a growing Sales Enablement team in our CPG Insights practice. Critical for success in this role will include New Business Sales Development activities including campaign development, prospect identification, and sales material creation. This role will work with the New Business leaders to create, execute, and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns utilizing key sales technology including SalesForce, Hubspot, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Our ideal candidate will have CPG industry experience and, while not required, would preferably be familiar with Retail In-Store data.

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Create Industry relevant campaign content, focused on ROI messaging targeted to CPG clients.
  • Leverage Sales Enablement Technology, including CRM and Marketing tools, to effectively and efficiently communicate to large groups of prospects.
  • Conceive, track, analyze, test, and create landing pages for optimal conversions.
  • Streamline and design processes to shorten the sales cycle, prospecting through signature.
  • Develop CRM reporting to enable pipeline management throughout sales cycle.
  • Clearly and convincingly articulate product features and benefits along with value proposition.
  • Create reusable solution assets and formalized presentation materials (propositions/ use cases), working closely with Marketing, New Business, and the Product teams
  • Write and customize proposals and presentations that clearly communicate why the solution is right for specific clients based on their business needs
  • Establish and track metrics and objectives for sales enablement & effectiveness and make recommendations for increasing sales productivity, ROI, and overall impact
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
  • Provide oversight of direct report, managing workload, prioritizing and allocating resources as required

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

  • 5+ years’ experience in a relevant industry (CPG, Marketing, Consulting, Sales)
  • Thorough understanding of the business, key industries, solution offerings, and competitors
  • Deep knowledge and application of sales methodology, customer journey and B2B buying process
  • Strong project management skills: understands objectives and diligently monitors progress and results
  • Appreciates the value of data analysis to provide critical metrics to make decisions, show ROI and CI
  • Experience in Presales / Marketing / Demand Generation roles within SaaS space
  • Knowledge of data driven decision-making and leveraging customer insights, preferably in a CPG environment
  • Strong client relationship management skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal, written and public speaking skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple audiences and levels within both internal and external organizations
  • Aggressive self-starter, able to quickly adapt to changing environments
  • Resourceful, adaptable and results-oriented with high energy and a positive attitude
  • While not required, Graphic Design experience would be a plus
